 Customer Service Representative I

Oxnard, California

 

 As a Customer Service Representative with ComplyRight Distribution –West Call Center, you will be responsible for working with our resellers of our products through phone and email exchanges explaining our products, taking orders, assisting with pricing, entering credits, dealing with questions and problem-solving. The CSR is also responsible for communicating customer requirements to other teams, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls professionally, effectively communicate product knowledge, pricing information, and product capabilities and timeframes
  • Process customer purchase orders, Quote requests, pricing, and credits
  • Attend customer questions, complaints and concerns effectively, and facilitate resolution while engaging appropriate resources to resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize multiple solutions to help execute a customer’s needs and requirements. 
  • Meet individual and department goals to promote and meet customer service expectations
  • On-going product and customer knowledge to drive improvements in our team and overall business.
  • May act as coach/mentor to other CSR’s/temporary staff
  • Manage our monthly “end of month” Inventory for all our warehouses in CA, NJ, TX, MN and Florida
  • Facilitate the Weekly Credit Memo Upload using our internal template
  • Support our EDI team on EDI Customer set-ups, EDI Testing, Daily EDI order releases and rejected orders
  • Assist with Department projects  and work closely with Supervisor

Available Shift:

  • Monday – Fridays, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm –Shift Changes during Peak Season and Potential Overtime

Skills & Requirements:

  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Demonstrated success with multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytical problem-solving to obtain viable solutions for customer and company
  • Demonstrate proficient with computer programs ( Excel, Word, Power-Point)
  • AS/400 program capabilities
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related customer facing environment
  • High School Education or equivalent
