Business Development Specialist – E-solutions

ComplyRight, Inc. is a multi-channel marketing and product development company specializing in labor law, HR and tax solutions that create a bridge between what the law requires and what makes sense for businesses. Our growing company is looking for a talented professional to join our team.

The Business Development Specialist provides support for all levels of strategic customer interaction with Software Manufacturers, Payroll Companies and HR Management Firms to achieve sustainable long-term sales and profit growth.  This position will play a primary role as sales leader for customer acquisition activities focused on growth of our 1099/W-2 processing businessThe Business Development Specialist will not only develop new customers, but will also work with these customers thru marketing to grow their business.   Strong marketing skills are required.  This position can be based out of Sunrise, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales pipeline for Financial Software, Payroll Software, Payroll Companies and other HR Management organizations using a variety of resources and techniques including direct mail lead generation, customer referrals, account analysis, conference attendance, etc.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted sales growth goals for this Line Of Business
  • Directly work with top tier prospects to understand their requirements and position our 1099/W-2 services
  • Share account insights with the team overall to optimize systems, service levels and development resources and opportunities
  • Work closely with Product Manager, Systems Manager, and other internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and a synchronized customer experience 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and pipeline development skills
  • Marketing experience.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent level of disciplined management
  • Experience in a fast paced sales and service environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Self -motivated and detail oriented, entrepreneurial attitude and excellent work ethic
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Superior cross-functional team building skills
  • Experience with legal/HR related business activities a plus
