ComplyRight seeks a motivated individual who is passionate about Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Conversion Optimization, and is committed to success. You must have the proven ability to manage online marketing programs and web content for B2B websites.


  • Collaborate with program and channel managers to develop and drive an ethical / white-hat SEO strategy, complete with necessary content and site architecture guidelines
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, prioritization and optimization
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify insights to share with teams and incorporate into existing strategies
  • Plan Optimize on-page website content (blog and landing pages) to earn search engine rankings
  • Review site architecture and Google Search Console to optimize crawl paths, broken links and add internal and external links
  • Conduct outreach and link building efforts to acquire high domain authority links
  • Plan and manage marketing/e-commerce website launches in collaboration with brand, IT, and Creative teams
  • Create wireframes to communicate look-and-feel, layout, and content for various website projects
  • Recommend and/or test new content/copy/layouts to improve conversion on marketing/e-commerce websites
  • Maintain marketing tracking pixels using Google Tag Manager
  • Measure and communicate performance of websites covering on-page engagement, page load time, search engine rankings, and more
  • Other duties as assigned


  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or similar discipline
  • Solid understanding of HTML
  • Experience using keyword research tools such as Google’s Keyword Tool
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
  • Experience with website wireframe creation tools (e.g., MockFlow, UXPin, Axure) a plus
  • Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills; this position works closely with Marketers, Designers, Developers, additional internal departments and external vendors
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, follow through and detail-orientation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a deadline-intensive environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, self-teach, take initiative and adapt easily to changes
