Position at Taylor Communications Inc.

Taylor Communications is seeking a Customer Service Associate to work in our Jeffersonville, Indiana location. The position is responsible to track internal communications, order entry, and fulfillment.  Verify available inventory for orders. Monitor, audit, and provide reports on inventory levels to ensure that appropriate supply of products are available in the distribution center.



Shift Available

  • 2:00pm – 10:30pm
  • Monday – Friday


Responsibilities Include:

  • Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Take, enter, process, and/or expedite orders.
  • Provide price estimates and quotes.
  • Providing effective customer follow-up in post-sales activities.
  • Provide effective and professional communication practices with account representatives and customer.
  • Relay communication chains between Customer Service, Scheduling, Shipping, and other departments.
  • Utilize computer to properly account for issues, returns, receipts of new materials, and associated back-orders.
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies by re-ordering supplies when needed.
  • Enter any discrepancy with a product onto the Unable to Receive report (UTR), once sales resolves the issue produce the correct receipt for the item.
  • Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment.
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years related experience, or commensurate combination or education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Customer Service experience.
