ComplyRight seeks a motivated individual who is passionate about Search Engine Optimization and traffic generation and is committed to success. You must have the proven ability to manage online marketing programs and web content for B2B websites.


  • Collaborate with program and channel managers to develop and drive an ethical / white-hat SEO strategy, complete with necessary content and site architecture guidelines
  • Conduct outreach and link building efforts to acquire high domain authority links
  • Plan, execute and optimize on-page website content and landing pages
  • Review site architecture for multiple websites to optimize crawl paths, add internal links, and improve thin content
  • Plan and execute advanced SEO strategies such as Schema, Rich Data Snippets, AMD Pages, etc.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify insights to share with teams and incorporate into existing strategies
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, prioritization and optimization
  • Analyze performance of efforts using web-based analytical tools, and determine next steps based on accurate interpretation of data
  • Other duties as assigned


  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or similar discipline
  • 3+ years of experience optimizing B2B websites
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO (architecture, keyword prioritization, tags, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of HTML
  • Experience using keyword research tools such as Google’s Keyword Tool
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
  • Experience with website wireframe creation tools (e.g., MockFlow, UXPin, Axure) a plus
  • Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills; this position works closely with Marketers, Designers, Developers, additional internal departments and external vendors
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, follow through and detail-orientation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a deadline-intensive environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, self-teach, take initiative and adapt easily to changes
