We are looking for an Engineer Power & Information Network Design (m/f/d) to join our Power & Information Network department team.

Type of contract: Permanent contract/ full-time

Place of work: Wolfsburg, Wiesbaden

 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Model based systems development of automotive E/E hardware architecture
  • Development of electrical circuit schematics, wiring diagrams, geometrical topology for wiring harnesses in PREEvision
  • Analysis of OEM specific engineering documentation, e.g. technical specification, design guidelines

Skills and Experience required

  • 3 years in the automotive or electronics industry
  • Basic knowledge of Automotive E/E architecture and vehicle power and information networks
  • Development experience of electronics products and wiring harness design and development is advantageous
  • Experience in Vector PREEvision modelling and design tools and Systems design and development is advantageous but can be trained on the job
  • Basic understanding of  Automotive Communication protocols like CAN and LIN is advantageous
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong interest in working in an international environment
