Join STG, Inc. and watch your career soar as an ITIL Process Analyst, a position located in Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. This position will support the Regional Cyber Center – CONUS, an exciting program focused on operation, maintenance, and defense of the CONUS portion of the LandWarNet.


Works directly with the ITIL Process Manager to implement, maintain, and improve ITIL processes with a focus on the collection, analysis, and reporting of process related metrics.

  • Performs general data analysis activities to include:
    • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
    • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing records, reports, printouts, and performance indicators.
    • Recommend initiation of corrective action(s) with support staff when problem areas are identified through data analysis.
  • Performs general process related activities to include:
    • Data entry, records management, and data quality analysis within the ITIL tool set.
    • Tracking and reporting of identified process improvement and process performance KPI’s.
    • Preparation of monthly process performance reports, including data validation and reconciliation.
    • Interaction with support staff to enhance process knowledge and compliance towards meeting process performance KPI’s.
    • Facilitation of process related meetings.
    • Ad-hoc activities as identified by the ITIL Process Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS +3 years of experience - Must be able to work in a dynamitic environment with consistent changes
  • Must have ITIL Foundation certification, within 90 days of hire
  • Experience working in a dynamic military environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent PC skills utilizing the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Practitioner certification
