Description

STG, Inc. has an immediate opportunity as a Web Software Developer located in Ft. Huachuca, AZ! This position will support the Web Development team, which provides cutting edge services focused on RCC-C.  

Job Description:

Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code (such as HTML, CGI, and JavaScript) for a component of the website. Works with graphic designers and other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website. Responsible for interface implementation. Integrates web applications with backend databases. Deploys large web-based transaction systems using application servers. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements. Requires strong navigation and site-design instincts.

  • Develop and promote standard operating procedures to ensure the security posture of the environment.
  • Engaging in continuous learning to stay abreast on new and emerging technologies that relate to web development.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS + 4 years of similar experience, or AA/AS + 2, or BS/BA + 0
  • Security+CE certification required at time of hire.
  • CIW JavaScript Specialist or other on CE list within 180 days of hire.
  • Ability to perform on-call and after duty hours as needed
  • An ability to communicate effectively both orally and in a written form with users and office staff
  • Work independently and within a team structure
  • An ability to set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
  • Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with those contacted during the course of the work day
  • Thorough knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.

Clearance:

  • Position requires a secret clearance.
