STG, Inc. has an immediate opportunity as a Help Desk Specialist located in Fort Belvoir, VA! This position will support CISD, which provides cutting edge services focused on supporting the Civilian Human Resources Agency, Department of the Army.

This position will support IT Support Services Civilian Information Services Division which is an exciting program focused on support for the Civilian Human Resources Agency, Department of the Army.

  • Provide on-site and on-call continuous real time enterprise performance, capacity, and accessibility monitoring for all Army Unique systems and the communication networks at all data centers and all CONUS fielded sites. 
  • Provide the support required to maintain office automation software, VTC and audio visual support at the CHRA CISD supported sites. 
  • Provide audiovisual/graphics support on an “as needed” basis by the executives and routinely by other employees.
  • Install, de-install, and maintain all desktop equipment to include but not limited to PC towers, laptops, printers, monitors, scanners, digital senders, copiers, fax machines, audio-visual equipment and all associated hardware peripherals and office automation software.
  • Perform upgrades, initial setup/imaging, reconfiguration, and replacement as required to maintain compliance standards.
  • Schedule video teleconferences and operate equipment as required IAW the SOP.
  • Schedule maintenance on installed and mobile VTC equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Position requires a Secret security clearance

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in an enterprise service desk
  • Experience maintaining Microsoft Windows systems; including troubleshooting and vulnerability mitigation



·         High School Diploma and Technical training.


Certification Requirements:

·         Security+ CE certification

  Preferred Qualifications:

·         Windows 10 certifications

·         Knowledge in DoD environment with experience in PKI technologies and Smart Card authentication
