Description

The Senior Program Manager will lead the technical, operational and process teams supporting the Regional Cyber Center’s (RCC) 24x7 operations and maintenance mission in the provision of Enterprise standards; operational execution; maintenance management; architecture, design, and implementation plan reviews; Information Assurance (IA)/Systems & Security and ITIL processes and procedures for IT systems and networks that are secure, responsive, and available to the users for whom they support. To include:

 

  • Responsible for managing systems and programs for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and suitability for connecting to the Army's portion of the Global Information Grid (GIG), the Land War Net (LWN), and provides IT Enterprise support services that facilitate the creation and sustainment of the Global Network Enterprise; i.e., strategic planning, standards sustainment; LWN Network Operations (NetOps); IT-Metrics program management, Program Management, Service Management; IT infrastructure configuration, change, and release management; and Tier One, Two and Three management for operational networks and systems across the CONUS theater.
  • Provide senior-level technical leadership to the 300+ employees, team members, customers and third party vendors in the management, planning, and execution of the RCC’s mission.
  • Ensure all team products are of the highest quality and meets the established schedule, cost and performance metrics.
  • Responsible for the scheduling of project work and submittal of contract deliverables to the government supporting the delivery of the customer's technical status reports.
  • Responsible for hiring and allocation of personnel resources to projects along with ensuring a good work environment for the employees.
  • Prepare and monitor overhead budget requirements and expenditure forecasts.

 

The majority of the work will be primarily at the RCC headquarters and as required temporarily at U.S. Army locations both throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).

 

Minimum Qualifications:

HS +15 years’ technical/ program management experience or AA/AS +13 or BA/BS +11

To include 10+ years’ technical and program management experience

ITIL(v)3 Foundations w/in 180 days of hire

DoD 8570.01 IAM I or equivalent, Security+CE or higher

PMP certified
