About the Job:

The Compliance Assurance Analyst plays a key role within the Regional Cyber Center ensuring that Negligent Disclosure of Classified Information (NDCI) and other risks to cyber security are reported and mitigated properly. This position also certifies that the Army’s public facing websites are compliant with Army and Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance (IA) requirements.


  • Coordinate corrective actions to be taken as the result of cyber security incidents.
  • Manage user account status related to cyber security incidents.
  • Maintain a comprehensive list of public facing websites.
  • Website registration management utilizing internal tool sets.
  • Development and planning of local processes and procedures related to the mitigation of cyber security incidents and policy violations.
  • Communicate with external agencies and respond to requests for information.


Desired Knowledge/Traits:

The successful candidate will have a better than average knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with experience collaborating via SharePoint. The team needs self-motivated, goal driven, task oriented individuals who communicate well both verbally and in writing, are out-going, and enjoy working closely with others.

Working knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)


Minimum Qualifications

HS + 2 yrs similar experience, AA/AS + 0

1 - 2 years Microsoft office experience/ training

Experience understanding and writing general processes

IAT II (1 of the following: GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP)  within 90 days required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a DOD setting desirable.
