Description

You will support a large-scale IT organization to successfully deliver service management for a worldwide IT enterprise for network services and will operate at the highest levels of program management complexity. You will have complete responsibility and authority for delivery of support services. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

 

  • Experience establishing operating policies and service delivery standards affecting subordinate multi-level organizational units and the ability to interpret, execute and recommend revisions to organizational policies
  • Experience taking assignments received in objective terms and successfully managing multiple and concurrent projects to deliver on those objectives
  • Experience managing network services
  • You must have extensive experience with enterprise-level Managed Services contracts, performance-based contracts, service level management, and service level agreements
  • Ensure that all services meet the requirements of the DoD Cyber Security RMF and DoDI 8500.2, Intelligence Community directive (ICD) 503, or the most current standards and guidance that are applicable. This includes Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities.
  • Provide applications services that are in compliance with and support Department of Defense, AF, and Intelligence Community Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) policies as applicable.

    Provide solutions that meet confidentiality, data integrity, authentication, and non-repudiation requirements in applicable directives.

    Provide solutions shall comply with National Institute for Standards and Technologies (NIST) and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) and applicable IC standards.

    Ensure that all deliverables comply with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Computer Network Defense (CND), which includes the need for source code scanning, the DISA Database STIG, and a Web Penetration Test to mitigate vulnerabilities.


Minimum Qualifications:
Position requires a TS/SCI security clearance
  • 12+ years overall experience within the customer environment with at least 8 years program/project management experience

  • 8+ years of experience leading large service delivery organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; equivalent experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Information Assurance Technical Level II IAW DoD Directive 8140.01 and DoD Directive 8570.01M

Preferred Qualifications:
Master degree related field or MBA.
