About the Job:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the STG, Inc. strategic plan

  • Develop a World Class Corporate Staffing Office (PMO) that includes the fundamental requires of a government contractor in the cyber, national security space, ensure hiring practices are compliant with OFCCP and support Affirmative Action
  • Manage the revenue targets to meet and exceed targeted goals for direct hire based on company- wide business development plans with tracking, measurement and analyze of performance.
  • Lead recruiting team. Coach, lead, and develop direct reports and projects teams to ensure successful execution of programs and initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic partner. Partner with HR teammates, business leaders, and external partners to design and deliver talent acquisition and internal mobility solutions for all levels
  • Ensures all marketing development communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective in selling the applicant
  • Oversee strategic outreach and partnership programs. Lead external recruitment, diversity, and branding events including the development and implementation of an effective social media strategy. Attend events as applicable
  • Oversee talent acquisition analytics. Show a clear line of sight on current state, and forecasted recruitment output together with analyses to include: time to develop pipeline, source support, conversation from contingent to actual hires, yields on how many candidates to interview to gain “right” fit hires etc., candidate satisfaction
  • Partner with STG, Marketing and leadership team to develop strategy and support for talent acquisition solutions for Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, Intern Programs, and Military Outreach

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA+10 in Talent Acquisition or directly related field
  • Must have a minimum of 8 years in the government contracting industry
  • 8+ years supervisory experience
  • 5+ years as Technical Recruiter
  • Knowledge of government regulations applicable to HR policies (e.g., DOL, OFCCP)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high-volume work flow and a drive for results
  • Project management and program management skills, to include planning and execution of initiatives and change processes. Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously within aggressive timeframes and with minimal supervision
  • Experience developing and managing an annual recruiting budget
  • Ability to travel to STG sites and TA events as required
