Responsible for managing, administrating, and maintaining the documented contractual relationships of STG customers, subcontractors, and vendors.  Participate in the negotiation of contract terms, research government regulations and advise on application to existing and future contracts, lead contracts adjustment or contract re-baseline efforts, track and update agreements, certifications, and schedules.

  • Performs contract administration functions on new and existing contracts as assigned.
  • Prepares/Reviews non-disclosure, teaming agreements
  • Participates, Prepares, Facilitates, and Supports proposal documentation in accordance with corporate policy and processes to include review and compliance with contract terms and flow down clauses.
  • Reviews request for proposals/solicitations for unique/unusual requirements.
  • Assists with contract and other agreement negotiations.
  • Participate in Audit reviews.
  • Monitors current status of assigned contracts and task orders.
  • Disseminates information throughout the company regarding status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.
  • Participate in contract kick-off meetings for new contract and/or task order awards.
  • Perform project set-up in Contracts Management System for new task order awards and modifications.
  • Assists Division and Field personnel in contract administration functions.
  • Initiates documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specification.
  • Assists in developing cost/price proposals in response to customer requirements, including working with the subcontract administrators to procure subcontractor pricing.
  • Guides site personnel in preparation for negotiating changes and modifications.
  • Provides contract administration support to multiple division managers.
  • Procurement duties as assigned which may include subcontractor agreements, task and/or funding orders, and other activities for new and existing contracts as assigned.
  • The desired candidate should possess contracting/subcontracting experience and knowledge of administering Government contracts including Fixed Price, Time and Material, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Level of Effort, and General Services Administration contracts. This includes pre-award, award, and post award contract actions.
  • Requires the ability to independently draft and negotiate non-disclosure and teaming agreements and subcontracts as well as coordinate appropriate review in accordance with corporate policy and procedures.
  • Knowledge of various computer programs (i.e. CostPoint, and Microsoft Products). Experience in working with spreadsheets Experience with CostPoint is a plus.
  • Must be a team player with the the ability to work independently and take the initiative to handle contractual challenges, multiple projects oversight, and develop quick turn-around contract management strategies.
  • Experience in the preparation, negotiation, and monitoring of contracts.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and people skills.


  • Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline plus minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related government contract administration, procurement, and/or government cost accounting environment.
