About the Job

STG, Inc. is looking to add a talented and experienced Cyber Strategy Subject Matter Expert (SME) to its team in support of the United States Air Force!  The selected candidate will join a talented team providing cutting edge technical and analytical support to the Twenty Fourth Air Force.  The Cyber Strategy SME will provide expert support in the development, implementation, and refinement of cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures.  This position is located in San Antonio, Texas. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct exercise planning, to include STO planning, in order to define and meet training objectives
  • Create lesson plans to train Cyber Command and Control Mission System (C3MS) operators in support of AF missions
  • Prepare trainers, instructors, and evaluators in order to perform their roles in support of the training and certification of C3MS operators
  • Validate and refine cyber Tactics, Techniques and Procedures and emerging operational concepts through research
  • Develop unique scenarios, which foreshadow real-world events, to include full spectrum cyber operations
  • Support development of exercise scenarios to test mission essential capabilities, to include participation by multiple organizations
  • Conduct process improvement analysis to identify systemic shortfalls
  • Develop white papers, briefings, and lessons learned to assist in the continuing training of personnel

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of demonstrated experience in a related field
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi task on several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Industry standard certifications (CISSP, CASP, Security+, CEH, etc.)

Clearance Requirement

  • Top Secret with current SCI eligibility
