STG, Inc. has an immediate opportunity as a Incident Resolution Analyst located in Ft. Huachuca, AZ! This position will support Network team, which provides cutting edge services focused on RCC-C.


Job Description
:

  • Working within a team environment performing daily tracking of firewall and other network changes
  • Providing daily management and support of networking related issues, establish and maintain relationships with internal and external users
  • Implementing the necessary skills to assist and provide support to third parties to maintain coordination between teams.
  • Working in a team environment to manage the installation of products and resources to meet the needs and requirements of our WAN and LAN network based services
  • The Incident Resolution Analyst is responsible for the effective implementation of the process and carries out the respective reporting procedure. This includes tracking the status of sites while in migration.

  • The Incident Resolution Analyst will ensure all authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) are in compliance with Change Management policies and scheduled with the Situation Awareness Cell (SA Cell).

  • The Incident Resolution Analyst represents the first stage of escalation for incidents and as such ensures coordination between RCC-C Network Support team and the Site Migration Team (SMT).

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • HS +2 years  experience in an IT environment
  • Experience as Office Administrator
  • ITIL Foundations V3 within 90 days of Hire

 

Clearance: 

  • Position requires a Secret security clearance
