Join STG, Inc. and watch your career soar as a Change Management Process Manager, a position located in Ft. Huachuca, Arizona.  This position will support the Regional Cyber Center – CONUS, an exciting program focused on operation, maintenance, and defense of the CONUS portion of the LandWarNet.

Description:

Ensures all activities of the documented process are carried out:

  • Record and accept all Requests for Change (RFC) and review records for completeness
    • Validate change timing and risk
    • Prioritize, categorize, and communicate the status of all RFCs
    • Ensure proper planning and approval
    • Verify each RFC met its objective
  • Facilitate change boards for contract and government personnel
  • Assist RCC-C support staff with issues, questions, or concerns regarding the Change Management process


Monitor and report on process performance:

  • Provide RCC-C leadership an analysis of the data / information collected through the execution of process activities and recommend courses of action for the purposes of making operational, tactical, or strategic decisions
  • Initiate corrective action(s) with support staff when problem areas are identified through data analysis
  • Present RCC-C leadership a monthly overview of Change Management activities, including but not limited to:
    • Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics
    • Status of process improvement efforts underway or in the pipeline
    • Ad hoc requirements as directed by the customer

 
Identify improvement opportunities to increase the effectiveness and / or efficiency of the process, focused on the Change Management process and its inter-relationships with other operational ITSM processes across the various life cycle stages

 

Develop and keep current all necessary process documentation, including but not limited to:

  • Project charters
  • Process definition documents
  • Process tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS + 5 years related experience
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • IAM I (1 of the following: CAP, GISF, GSLC, Security+)
  • Experience working in a dynamic military environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent PC skills utilizing the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
  • ITIL Intermediate required w/in 6 months of hire
