The Path Forward Return to Work program at Sterling Talent Solutions is a 16- week paid internship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. About the role: Client Enablement Specialist – Path Forward Returnship

The Client Enablement Specialist – Path Forward Returnship is a part of the Account Management group. The Account Management team manages, supports and expands the business footprint within Sterling’s domestic and global clients through being trusted advisors and helping to drive strategy for their background screening programs.

As a Client Enablement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to take part in a paid 16 week (minimum) program to help you transition back into the corporate world, by partnering with some of the top client facing Account Managers and leaders within the global background screening industry. 

What can you expect as a Client Enablement Specialist?

  • Provide support on building client presentations by utilizing PowerPoint
  • Gain thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com. Update Salesforce.com with internal notes regarding client accounts, and ensuring data accuracy and quality
  • Assist Account Management team with evaluating and analyzing client reports
  • Support Account Management team with client road mapping
  • Create reports using Excel
  • Other projects as needed

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Prior experience in a permanent or part time client facing role. Preferred experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Program Management or sales
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to review and turn data into a story
  • Comfortable in creating and presenting presentations
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred, but not required
