The role: Payments Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Payments Business Development Manager to join our busy and dynamic Payments Business Development team in our Isle of Man office.

Why we need you:-

You will be the day to day contact for all relevant stakeholders that require assistance and receive an allocated amount of payment partners in connection with ongoing business. You’ll work independently to carry out regular partner business review meetings and have ownership of implementing these agreed actions.

You will carry out regular assessments of business risk, corporate due diligence and service levels with all relevant partners to ensure they perform to the contractually agreed requirements. As well as, working within agreed Group strategy to negotiate payment and service providers contracts. You’ll attend relevant payment conferences in order to gather information about new innovations and trends in the payments industry.

You will observe emerging payments products and prepare analysis and recommendations for the Group’s management. You’ll research new payments revenue opportunities available on the Market and support the Head of Strategic Payments with the trending process for new strategic payments partners and the preparation of new partner contracts, as well as other ad hoc duties as required.

Who are we looking for:-

You will have extensive experience within the online payments processing industry and be educated to degree level. You will have experience in market research and owning cross functional projects. You will have excellent communication skills in English as you will be required to communicate effectively across the whole business.

You’ll have strong commercial business acumen, planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask across projects. You will have excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, as well as, having a proactive, independent and results oriented attitude using your own initiative.

You will have strong relationship management skills with a proven supplier negotiation track record and a strong understanding of the state of payment processing within different global regions and knowledge of current industry trends.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

An understanding of the online gaming industry and its regulatory environment is desirable. If you have understanding of the online payments regulatory environment and are fluent in Russian this would also be a plus.
