  • A relentless pace and volume of campaigns to keep up with live sport
  • Marketing plans across the full range of marketing channels
  • A strong messaging platform communicating to a highly engaged audience around their #1 passion - live sport
The role:

The Social Media Acquisition Manager is based in NJ and a critical role in the performance marketing team. Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you will oversee marketing campaigns and investment across the key strategic platforms of Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Snap. Working closely with an agency to deliver the operational execution of campaigns, the primary focus is on acquiring new customers, via a through the funnel strategy. Delivering our ambitious growth targets will require a high energy approach, managing multiple campaigns around a range of high-profile sports events, across all platforms.

You'll closely manage the day to day performance of the agency, leading the review and analysis current campaigns, turning test results into to tangible performance improvements through the acquisition funnel. You'll be tasked with planning forthcoming campaigns, setting strategies, budgets & targets across platforms. We'll look for you to collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver new briefs and analysis to drive continuous improvement in creative performance. You'll be working with the wider marketing team to contribute to maximum marketing effectiveness and help establish a high-performance culture.

You'll need to form deep and productive relationships with key platform teams to ensure we stay in front of platform trends and innovations.

Who are we looking for:

You'll be an experienced digital marketer with at least 3 years of experience working across social media platforms. You'll have a strong knowledge of a CPA to LTV business model. You should also possess previous experience partnering with a digital marketing agency.

As with all of our roles you'll need to be a highly organized and analytical individual, keen to evolve the model into new media formats. You'll be able to show you are an excellent communicator who can collaborate easily with all sections of the marketing department and wider FOX Bet team. We'll want you to be someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced, start-up environment.

The salary for this job is based on experience, so while we are not able to go into detail at this stage, we can say that we offer great salary packages and also like to throw in a discretionary annual performance bonus.
