The role: Campaign and Planning Executive
We are looking for a Campaign and Planning Executive to join our busy and dynamic Sportsbook Marketing team in our Leeds office.
Why we need you:-
We need you to have brand guardianship for sports, which involves constantly monitoring creative and messaging across all BetStars channels to ensure quality, consistency and coherency. You will provide support with the briefing of new campaigns and creative concepts, concentrating on best-in-category execution and achieving cut-through.
You’ll have ownership of monthly campaign planning process, by pulling together calendars of events and promotions for various markets and working with various teams to ensure all plans are centralised and presented regularly to senior stakeholders. You will also be working with regional, digital acquisition, CRM, social and PR teams to execute effective 360 media strategies and plans on a per campaign basis, including all owned, earned and paid for channels.
You will create and compose customer communications including print adverts, banners, landing pages and terms and conditions. You’ll also work with the regional teams to adapt and localise creative for role-out in key territories. You will work to continuously improve the creative and messaging by supporting team with testing and optimization plans, as well as ensuring creative is briefed and delivered on time to a high standard.
You’ll support the business with media planning and buying working along side local team and media agencies, as well as supporting briefing, planning and executing PR and sponsorship activations.
Who are we looking for:-
You will have relevant experience working in a marketing function for a B2C (business to customer) organisation, preferable online, as well as a degree (or equivalent) in a subject associated to marketing. As you will be working very closely with our BetStars team, you'll need a genuine interest and passion for sports.
You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to take a creative and analytical approach to problem solving. You should have the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, while working independently with a flexible and proactive outlook.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:-
Experience and knowledge of the e-gaming industry and our markets/future challenges.
