The role: Cross-Sell Strategy Manager - First Time (Sportsbook)
We are looking for a Cross-Sell Strategy Manager - First Time (Sportsbook) join our busy and dynamic team based in our Malta office.
Why we need you:
Working closely with key partners across Poker, Sportsbook & Casino, the Cross-Sell Strategy Manager (Sportsbook) will play a key role in the strategic alignment of marketing & campaign planning, with the objective of driving first time cross-sell to and from the Sportsbook.
The role will be broad in its reach; from inputting into research to understand customer motivations and reasons for rejections, to liaising with central finance and product to plan and optimise first time cross-sell campaigns for all tier one territories into and out of all the sportsbook product vertical.
Reporting into the MD of Poker based in Malta, the Cross-Sell Strategy Manager (Sportsbook) will also have a dotted line to the Sportsbook Marketing Director, working closely in aligning the strategic campaign planning across Poker, Casino & Sports. You will provide a key Sportsbook point of contact on Cross Sell within the business’ Maltese-based operations including CRM, media & marketing development and other various Poker & Casino departments.
You can expect to drive multi-vertical revenues by working with marketing and product teams on planning and delivering effective first time cross-sell campaigns generating the highest amount of value to our customers and the business, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of risk.
You’ll have innate ability of bringing senior partners together and getting agreement from them on the prioritisation of what we do, and be able to then seamlessly transition into leading the cross functional teams towards a goal that is well understood and motivates all levels of the business.
Finally, your attitude and values will be critical to success, with proactivity, teamwork, thought leadership and product expertise at your core.
Who are we looking for:
We’re looking for an individual with strong international experience within e-commerce. You most likely have a degree (or equivalent) and can show tried and trusted experience in delivering successful cross-sell campaigns and multi-vertical play.
You should be able to advisee upon clear growth strategies that deliver outstanding results, with excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
You should have outstanding project management and commercial negotiation skills, having a track record in leading teams. With this background, you most likely have a high degree of emotional intelligence.
It should be noted that you’ll need to be prepared to travel given the international nature of the business and its overseas office locations.
