Project Manager - Casino
We are looking for a Project Manager, Casino to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Toronto Office.
Why we need you: -
We are looking for you to own projects from inception to stable installation, adding new casino products and/or systems to our extraordinary casino gaming platform. You’ll define project goals, scope and deliverables, involving all meaningful partners and ensuring technical feasibility. You’ll also create and execute a detailed project plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, including resources, risks and timelines. You can expect to facilitate communications and support between 3rd party vendors, Casino partners and Stars Technologies’ development, design, PM, and QA teams. We’ll also be looking for you to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent projects and make agile adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project. You’ll be reporting timely status updates/reports to management over time.
Who are we looking for: -
You’ll be an expert project manager, most likely with around 3 years PM experience or more. You should have a focus on software/IT projects. We’ll expect you to have a bachelor’s degree in technology, business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
You’ll have a critical and analytical thinking mind with strong problem-solving skills. As with any role in a large publicly listed company, you’ll need excellent verbal and written communication and an ability to multi-task on the planning and organizing of several projects at once.
You’ll be someone with excellent knowledge of software systems and IT infrastructure. Ideally, you’ll also possess a solid grasp of software development process in large scale e-commerce environment. You may already have knowledge of online gaming (e.g. poker, casino, sportsbook), with exposure to 3rd party integrations and regulatory/licencing projects.
In addition, it can be helpful if you already have a BA and/or PM certification under your belt.
