The role: Office Assistant
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our busy and dynamic Workplace Operations team in our Bulgaria service office.
Why we need you:
You will provide front of house reception duties while also working with the office manager to ensure smooth running of the office. This will include, but not be limited to, meeting and greeting visitors to the office at reception and answering telephone queries, ensuring that the reception area and office is always maintained to a high standard and sorting, distributing of incoming and outgoing office mail.
You’ll make reservations for couriers and taxis, book and prepare meeting rooms and organise catering for lunch meetings. As well as, managing the stock of office and kitchen supplies and making orders when needed. You will need to ensure that printers in the office are adequately stocked with paper/cartridges and report any defects or risks identified around the premises.
You will perform basic health and safety functions around the office as advised by the Office Manager and process/maintain invoices for the department. You will also be asked to carry out filing, scanning and photocopying, as well as, preparing new starter documents and materials. You’ll also participate in office committees and help to organise internal events and activities, as well as ad hoc projects as required.
Who are we looking for:
You will require previous experience working in a receptionist/administration position. As you will be working for an international Group strong command of the English language is required. You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have strong organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Experience working in facilities management and demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer care.
