The role: Customer Verification Advisor
We are looking for a Customer Verification Advisor to join our busy results-oriented team based in our Hyderabad office.
Why we need you:
You will validate and verify various player documentation to align with the Group’s licensing requirements in various locations. Where relevant you will collaborate closely with the Group’s players via multiple communication channels such as email and/or live chat to assist with account and document verification queries, providing fast, accurate and detailed responses to numerous contacts per shift using pre-approved templates.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
You need to have the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English along with a strong customer service mentality with first-rate attention to detail and accuracy.
We’re a busy team, so you’ll enjoy a fast-paced office environment working to agreed targets, as we strive to grow our brands and develop our services.
We expect you to be familiar with MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and any relevant experience in online gaming, or online payment processing, international document verification and KYC processes is an advantage, as are additional language skills.
