As a member of the Technical Enablement Operations team at Splunk, you will work cross-functionally to coordinate enablement for the Customer Success team and Splunk Partners. We are looking for a Program Lead to cover onboarding for all Customer Success functions (Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success Management, Technical Support, Renewals). Program Leads are self-disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented, with an ability to successfully execute project plans with deadlines consisting of many moving parts. They are the key points of contact for stakeholders and subject matter experts across Splunk and our Partner network.

  • End-to-end ownership of onboarding learning paths for all Customer Success roles
  • Work with other Tech Enablement leads to incorporate updated content into onboarding
  • Assist with enablement events (e.g. Technical Kickoff)
  • Assess training needs for Customer Success and Splunk Partners
  • Drive enablement based on KPIs to develop expertise in the field and partner network
  • Work with Global Field Enablement on non-technical training items
  • Work with Splunk Education on technical training items



  • Ability to manage complex requirements and conflicting priorities
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion while adhering to deadlines
  • Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally, in-person and virtually
  • Thrives upon working under pressure in a dynamic environment and stays flexible through organizational growth and change
  • Bachelor’s degree/foreign equivalent in a related discipline or substantial relevant on the job experience



  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems
