Role

As a Technical Process Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and executing solutions to optimize Splunk Cloud business and sales processes. Your primary focus will be to created workflows for our Cloud processes that will simplify and improve efficiency. You will partner multi-functionally to deliver automated solutions that will decrease overall cycle time of our process execution while increasing the accuracy of our delivery. Responsibilities

Build Cloud Workflows

  • Build automated workflows for all Cloud business processes using Decisions, our workflow management tool
  • Collaborate with other teams to incorporate workflow execution into new tools and processes
  • Define technical strategy and business standards for all process workflows
  • Improve enhancement request process and collaborate on backlog prioritization
  • Measure and define execution of automated workflows to determine success and impact of the solution

Process Excellence

  • Analyze existing and new processes and determine optimizations that can be solved by automation
  • Enable partners and other team members to use solutions with documentation, training and metrics
  • Identify solutions and other opportunities to integrate workflow tool into Splunk's processes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as a business or systems analyst
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – written and verbal -- to work with across functions
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience working with Decisions or similar workflow or business process management tools
  • Proven knowledge of supporting business technologies and platforms, e.g. Splunk, Salesforce, AWS
  • Strong analytical skills to work on complex business issues
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience​
