Role:

As a member of the Technical Enablement Operations team at Splunk, you will work cross-functionally to coordinate enablement for the Customer Success team and Splunk Partners. We are looking for a Program Lead to cover Splunk Core (Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud), in bridging the gaps between Product, Product Marketing, Education, and the field. Program Leads are self-disciplined, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented, with an ability to successfully execute project plans with deadlines consisting of many moving parts. They are the key points of contact for stakeholders and subject matter experts across Splunk and our Partner network.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for technical enablement on Core
  • Organize go-to-market enablement for new product launch and incremental release efforts for Core
  • Manage Core enablement prioritization and learning plans
  • Assist with enablement events (e.g. Technical Kickoff)
  • Assess training needs for Customer Success and Splunk Partners
  • Drive enablement based on KPIs to develop expertise in the field and partner network
  • Ensure Core skills are included and kept current in Customer Success onboarding tracks

Requirements:

  • Basic technical understanding of Splunk Core
  • Understand Splunk product portfolio
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion while adhering to deadlines
  • Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally, in-person and virtually
  • Thrives upon working under pressure in a dynamic environment and stays flexible through organizational growth and change
  • Bachelor’s degree/foreign equivalent in a related discipline or substantial relevant on the job experience
  • Working with Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud is a plus
