Position Summary:

Spiraledge Inc., is seeking an energetic, collaborative, detail oriented HR Generalist to lead and support multiple HR functions. She/he will report to the Director of HR. Responsibilities will include recruiting, employee on-boarding, reporting metrics, help in benefits administration and other general HR related functions. .


  • Recruiting for all positions in the company. Posting jobs at various websites via jobvite, screening resumes, phone screens, in-person interviews, conducting reference checks and extending offers
  • Hiring new hires in ADP and sending offer letters via email, managing the new hire’s first day paperwork and on-boarding schedule
  • Handle employee engagement activities such as 90 day follow-up and annual check-in
  • Track recruiting activity such as employment offers, new hire start dates, etc. via google docs
  • Handling last day paperwork and exit interviews of departing employees
  • Assist HR Director with various projects involving complex employee relations issues including advising managers on performance improvement plans
  • Assist with 90 day and year end reviews
  • Assisting in other projects as assigned
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned

  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions


  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in recruiting and other HR related functions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR laws
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail with great communication and writing skills
  • Ability to manage projects to completion
  • Strong customer service orientation; know your audience
  • Great working knowledge of Word, Excel, Google docs

Physical Demands:

The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers; and reaches with hands and arms for tasks such as keyboarding and to open filing cabinets as necessary. The employee is occasionally required to talk and listen. Some light lifting of products and paper files is required.
