Sourcepoint is looking for a Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team in Berlin, Germany as we develop and deliver a robust set of content compensation tools to our clients. The role is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow into an impactful services role at a company that is helping to change the narrative of digital content compensation.
- Provide a variety of services to your assigned clients, including new client trainings/walkthroughs, technical support and account management
- Deliver periodic business reviews to your clients
- Capture and share product feedback with Sourcepoint engineering and product management teams
- Liaison with VP & Head of Strategic Partnerships on account management goals and objectives
- 1-3 years working in a client facing services role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of the digital marketing space
- Strong willingness to learn about marketing technology and digital content industries.
- Client-oriented, relationship-driven focus
- Experience with data analysis
- Technical skills (HTML, CSS) a plus
