Sourcepoint is seeking new participants to join our Training Program in a variety of departments (product, engineering, marketing, operations, sales, customer success, etc). Our 12-week training programs provide a terrific opportunity for individuals to join a company that is helping publishers solve their monetization challenges and provide them with tools to protect consumer privacy, manage compliance and optimize engagement in a rapidly changing landscape.

  • 1-2 years of work/internship experience
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Strong willingness to learn about the advertising technology and digital content industries
  • Customer-service-oriented mentality, with a get-it-done approach to their work
  • Must be able to commit to a 12-week training program with the opportunity to join full-time
  • This is a paid, 12-week training program
  • Trainees are not eligible for company benefits while participating in the program
Job responsibilities: 

Exact responsibilities will vary based on applicant's desired role and interests, however, all trainees can expect to:

  • Provide support to various teams across the company
  • Observe full-cycle sales, software / product development, and customer process
  • Collaborate with Sourcepoint engineering and product management teams
  • Contribute to meaningful project work as we expand our customer base and product offering
  • Liaison with company executives to establish and meet strategic business goals and objectives
