Join as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and become part of the Softcat Microsoft team. Our industry leading team is made up of 35 highly skilled professionals who focus on various elements of the Microsoft business. You will join as the third CSM and will take on the shared responsibility of supporting our highest spending customers through their agreement lifecycles. As a Softcat Customer Success Manager you will also join our virtual customer experience unit, which consists of 15 individuals from across the wider business.

Your role

As a Microsoft Customer Success Manager, you will be given the opportunity to represent Softcat’s biggest partner by building excellent relationships with our very large Enterprise customer base. You will project high levels of Microsoft product and agreement knowledge and will enable our customers to be as successful as possible, all while providing exceptional levels of customer service. 

 

A field-based post sales role, you will be expected to work with Softcat Account Managers and our Microsoft enterprise customers across all Softcat offices, attend regular meetings and conference calls, at times without a Softcat Account Manager, to develop an understanding of our customers Microsoft-related business outcomes. You will assist with aligning the most appropriate resource and services to help them achieve these and be responsible for articulating the specifics of Microsoft Enterprise agreements and provide contract support and advising on any queries.

  • Confidence to work in a customer facing capacity.
  • Ability to research, learn and understand key Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience is required.
