We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our SoFi team. The ideal candidate has experience running Sales Operations functions, Salesforce.com administrator expertise and will work closely with Sales and Customer Relationship Teams to help with their needs to make their job easier. This person must be able to solve business issues with few already established policies and processes. We need someone who is driven, business-minded, technically strong and roll up the sleeves to help support the College Relationship external sales team. Do whatever it takes to ensure all sales growth objectives are met! This position reports to the Sr. Director, Program Manager - In School Student Lending.
What You'll Do:
Enabling Sales team by providing administrative support
Develop Saleforce protocols and reporting tools to better manage the territory
Prepare sales compensation reports quarterly
Provide day to day SFDC platform and user support.
Support the field team with process training, reporting, and insight into best practices.
Help Sales team with responding to prospect / customer presentations, RFP and RFI - 100 annually
Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to senior management and to the broader organization.
Manage school customer engagement, identify trends
Provide conference support. Manage up to 70 trade shows annually
Liaison between BU and marketing to ensure sales tools are completed timely
Manage ELM and ScholarNet lender list tool
What You'll Need:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience required
3-5 years related experience + supporting sales teams
Systems Knowledge: Salfesforce.com, high proficiency with Excel and Google suite
Can be located in any of our East Coast locations in: DE, VA, FL, NY
Excellent project management and process development skills
Personality traits: prepared, trustworthy, independent, resourceful, self-starter, great communicator, empathetic, patient, flexible, accountable, leader-mentality
Proven strong verbal and written communication skills; including documenting business processes, and use cases and business requirements.
Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including competency in financial analysis
