Sales Support Associate, SoFi at Work


As a Sales Support Associate, you will be part of the SoFi at Work team supporting a 10-person sales team and reporting into the Senior Director of SoFi at Work.  You will contribute to creating and maintaining strong customer relationships.  The SoFi at Work team will look to you to ensure a smooth sales process by supporting territory analysis, response to customer inbounds and updates into our CRM system.  This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn about a sales team and sales process at a fast-paced fintech company within a growing B2B team.  


  • Compile and manage leads and delegate individual leads to sales representatives. 

  • Manage conference calendar. Responsible for organization of conference set up, give-aways, attendee lists and follow up tracking. 

  • Attend conferences and meetings with team as needed.

  • Use data and analysis tools as necessary to research territories, prospects and partners.  Aggregate prospects and partners regionally in advance of roadshows. Prepare reports with findings and suggestions.

  • Support ad hoc and regular client reporting requests including price and utilization modeling in both Microsoft excel and powerpoint.  

  • Assist with client proposal writing and completing Request for Proposals, Due Diligence Requests and Requests for Information.  Track such requests in CRM. Coordinate with team members to ensure on time completion of proposals.

  • Update and customize sales and partner decks and presentations as needed in advance of meetings.  

  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches. 

  • Coordinate with Marketing to update collateral.  Maintain and update regularly all standard company library.


  • 1 - 3 years of experience ideally in financial services or consulting on a sales, investor relations or business development team.   

  • Prefer experience supporting a team of Sales representative, ideally as a Sales Support Specialist or Associate. 

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suites, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.  

  • Hands on experience with CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  

  • Experience working on a team and successfully working cross-functionally. 

  • Attention to detail - you’ll own presentations viewed by our top prospects and senior SoFi management. 

  • Eagerness to learn on a fast-paced team.  

  • Ability to be scrappy and resourceful.
