SoFi is looking for a highly-organized, data-driven, strategic thinker to join our Partnership Growth team. The Partnership Growth Team is an invaluable part of SoFi’s Partnerships Business Unit and is tasked with implementing and growing SoFi’s most strategic and highly visible partnerships. In this position, you will play an integral, end-to-end role in establishing and optimizing deep relationships with well-known brands and products to drive SoFi’s customer growth. 

As a Partnership Success Specialist you’ll work with and learn from senior account owners to manage relationships with external facing partners while navigating internal departments including Product, Engineering, Legal,  Risk, and Marketing. The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy developing and executing project plans and working cross-functionally to execute new partnerships and optimization projects, and thrives in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Defining, tracking, and communicating key performance indicators for major partners

  • Auditing marketing placements and the ensuing customer journey 

  • Leading the planning, design and execution of email marketing campaigns

  • Executing iterative testing for constant growth

  • Calculating monthly partner payouts

  • Working with senior account owners to build relationships and identify improvement opportunities 

  • Communicate recommendations and account strategies to leadership, leading internal cross functional efforts to implement 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a performance marketing, agency or consulting role

  • Experience in financial services working for a technology or startup company preferred

  • Attention to detail with strong capacity for problem solving

  • Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations and knows when to escalate

  • Strong analytical background

  • Intuition and experience to know when to escalate potential problems.

  • Effective communicator in highlighting data insights and presenting data-driven results

  • Expert in G-Suite, PowerPoint and Excel with capacity to utilize formulas, pivot tables and macros

  • Great time management and prioritization skills
