The Junior Recruiter will participate in various stages of the recruiting process. You will post job ads, do initial screenings, and schedule interviews and assist hiring managers, candidates and the Chief of Talent Acquisition and Culture in ensuring that the hiring process can run smoothly.  Ultimately, you will help our company find and hire the most qualified people of our open positions. 

Position Duties:

  • Post Job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
  • Sourcing candidates on job boards and via social networking sites.
  • Assisting in building out internal candidate database.
  • Maintaining ATS (Jobvite) and conduct pre-screen interviews.
  • Use Culture Index Survey to assist in recruiting process.
  • Identifying new resources to post positions and identify candidates.
  • Knowledge of staffing and general HR policies and Human Resources major or a related field a plus.
  • Recruiting system data management, including data checking, updating, filing, etc.
  • Help progress key recruiting initiatives like campus recruiting, new-hire onboarding, manager training, etc.
  • Track and report staffing and recruiting data.
  • Prepare all hiring data (Job Openings, etc.) input in relevance to the staffing process to include.
  • Participate in recruiting events

Basic Qualifications:

  • Recent College Graduate majoring in Business, Human Resources or Information Technology with 0-1 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of social media
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Driven and hard-working
  • Ability to take direction and multi-task.
  • PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience a plus
