  • As a Growth Executive, you will be selling access to the SkipTheDishes online food delivery network to strategically significant independent restauranteurs in Toronto and surrounding areas.
  • From cold calling prospects and coordinating in-person meetings, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle.
  • This individual will build relationships with prospective partners to understand their business goals and communicate the benefits of joining the network that are most relevant to their business

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build strong relationships with restaurants by providing them with valuable insights into their business growth potential
  • Act as an industry expert and consultant for online food delivery
  • Taking a trusted advisor position with restaurants to better understand their goals and help them achieve them
  • Set proper expectations and explain Skip’s network best practices to capture more customers and re-orders to increase order frequency and revenue
  • Improve and diversify consumer choice on the network based on the networks needs or gaps
  • Collaborate within your team and other teams within the Skip organization to provide the best possible experience for our restaurant partners
  • Utilize your understanding of the competitive landscape in the food delivery industry and leverage that expertise to put SkipTheDishes in a position to win in the market.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as part of a high-performance team.
  • Build a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle from cold call to close.
  • Manage your sales pipeline through Salesforce

Required skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Empathetic, organized, driven, competitive
  • Restaurant industry experience is valued but not required
  • Salesforce experience considered an asset
