As part of the Scheduling team, you will be responsible for one of the most integral parts of the business: maintaining the courier schedule. Team members are highly adaptable and are comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, as the work requirements are constantly evolving while SkipTheDishes continues to expand its workforce. We work fluidly with various teams within our business, thus requiring exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain courier schedule and forecast order volume demand, analyzing the various impacts on our schedule
  • Interpret and utilize data to optimize the needs of our team and Skip as a business
  • Proactively monitor the network’s performance to make important scheduling decisions to ensure each stakeholder’s experience meets Skip’s standards
  • Apply Skip’s technology and tools to continuously improve the efficiency of the network with respect to courier utilization.
