With your passion for building and managing long-lasting relationships, you’ll help us continue to expand our reach while setting our partners up for success. You’ll also create continuous, irresistible value that keeps everyone satisfied. 

We are looking for a talented and proven subject matter expert to join our Restaurant Success team in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate loves to work in teams, yet is an independent self-starter and is passionate about building relationships to drive business outcomes. You will lead a team that is in the front-line partnering with restaurants, explaining why Skip is the most valued partner they can have! 

What’s on your plate: 

  • Reviews operations performance to ensure optimal production is reached

  • Champions becoming a subject matter expert and is first in line to field questions from the team

  • Manages and provides direction to motivate the team - through on the spot feedback

  • Is committed to continuous learning, with the ability to train and coach others

  • Skilled in conflict management and handles escalated calls with Restaurant Partners

  • Proactively implements process improvements to enhance the network’s performance

  • Be on the front lines with the team, handling day-to-day operational challenges in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail; ability to be methodical in approach

  • Monitor and analyze data to track the performance of the team

Recipe for Success:

  • Have a great attitude and lead by example

  • Have working knowledge and experience with Tableau and Salesforce is considered a differential

  • Proven experience leading teams, with strong communication and relationship skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and respond positively to change, demonstrate adaptability when addressing shifting or competing priorities.

  • Restaurant industry knowledge and experience considered an asset

  • Project Management experience considered an asset

  • Keep hustling and are able to work through rejection

  • Problem solver with a strong business acumen
