HR Specialist

General & Administrative (IT/Finance/HR/Legal) San Jose, California



  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, offer negotiating, closing candidates, and onboarding preparation
  • Drive recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
  • Consult with Hiring Manager, compensation team, and other key stakeholder on competitive offer packages
  • Prepare offers of employment with related HR attachments
  • Effectively partner with employees across company to drive employee referrals
  • Maintain recruiting reports and provide regular updates
  • Manage campus recruitment and company events
  • Maintain employee personnel files and manage HR team’s purchase requisition
  • Cover receptionist in the front lobby when needed
  • Other duties assigned by Sr. HR Manager


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience: at least 1 year full cycle recruiting experience
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates for technical roles
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
