Responsibilities:
- Identify customer’s current and future product requirements and technology needs and provide solutions, specialized in NAND solutions like eSSD, cSSD and UFS.
- Provide the product roadmap and manage the product life cycle.
- Clarify customer’s technical requirements and understanding product requirements and feedback to internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Planning and Development Teams
- Leading technical Concept Review and Design Review of product to design win with customer and development team
- Provide technical specification and application note according to customers’ needs
- Provide sample for PoC, validation and qualification to have the design wins
- First technical contact point for customers and manage the new product enabling
- Provide customer all the technical documents like datasheet, certification and application note
- Analysis storage media trend, customer system change and customer needs changes
- Do the research for NAND storage market and ECO (NVMe, OCP, UFS, PCIe, JESD, etc)
- Create market intelligent/insight report as a regular basis based on info gathered form customer & market insight
- Build and maintain close relationship with customers and SoC partners (Intel/AMD/Qualcomm, etc) to enhance communication and raise the level of customer satisfaction.
- Regular meeting with customers to review ongoing & future project and to track their requirements changes.
- Engage with customers’ system engineer and project manager not only to provide technical support but also to identity actual use cases in the system and launch plan
- Support customer with Pre sales / Post sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor degree in Computing Engineering or Electronic Engineering or equivalent, Master’s degree in same area preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, design, product planning and application engineering in NAND or related industry
- Strong knowledge in NAND & solution product and also relevant ICT industry
- Experience in a direct customer support role of NAND, SSD or Mobile Storage product is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred
Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position $110,000 - $150,000 . Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience.
