Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying hurdles, finding solutions, and performing execution to meet target spec and schedule. (Array Engineering, TD-Reliability, Media Integration)
- Activities to have world-class array reliability and performance through array process development and finding best array operating condition from initial development stage to the final NAND component qualification stage.
- Activities of NAND components for world-class performance and reliability from the feasibility stage through production ramp and SSD Integration while meeting schedules, standards, quality, and cost requirements.
- Identifies and analyzes problems, solutions, and tasks plan to meet target spec and schedule.
- Hands-on data collection and analysis of array reliability and performance to meet target spec and schedule.
- Hands-on skill to find component level issues from NAND component-related SSD failure.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of engineering work experience related to Device Physics and Cell Operation/Reliability improvement division.
- Experience in NAND-SSD integration and familiarity with SSD architecture and media management firmware algorithms.
Compensation/Benefits:
- The base salary range for this full-time position is: $182,000 ~ $223,000.
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
