Senior Data Analyst
Description
Shift Digital in Birmingham, Michigan seeks Senior Data Analysts with minimum of a master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Data Science or related plus two (2) years related work experience. Duties include: Work with business partners and other stakeholders to understand business requirements. Provide guidance and direction for data stewardship and consumption. Develop data strategy, data governance, data architecture and data design. Work with “Big Data” platforms such as Hadoop, Databricks, or Snowflake. Utilize data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI. Experience with data sciences fields and practices and working with python and/or Jupyter Notebooks. Define and test data requirements for movement, replication, synchronization, and validation of data. Telecommuting permitted.
