Summary of the job: 
 
We are looking for an organised and proactive Fielding specialist to assist on various market research projects. This is an entry level role based in our Barcelona/South Africa offices.  
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand survey objectives and target audience.
  • Implement survey fielding strategies based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with external partners for fieldwork-related activities.
  • Continuously monitor fielding performance metrics such as response rates, completion rates, IR/LOI.
  • Ensure the adherence to project schedules and deadlines related to fielding activities
  • Provide regular updates on fielding progress and address any challenges or deviations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to survey and respondent experience.
  • Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and viability of fielding plans, considering resources, timelines, and potential challenges
 
 
Skills, Experience & Qualifications: 
 
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required: 
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Experience in Market Research Industry
  • Proficient usage of MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies.
‘Role Specific’ Technical Skills or Knowledge Required: 
  • Familiarity with survey sampling methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
