What we're looking for:

  • We are looking for a Member Solution Representative to engage with community members, servicing their needs to help build a sustainable asset in our community, while also encouraging their active participation in the various opportunities on offer.

 Responsibilities:

  • Re-engaging inactive members

  • Reminding members about opportunities they have been invited to

  • Recruiting new members based on their suitability for Intelligence projects or special programs

  • Customer - Member care

  • Collecting or confirming profile information

  • Dealing with honorarium payment issues

  • Making follow-up calls for verification - quality purposes

    Qualifications:

  • Language skills, be fluent in English

  • Knowledge in another language is a plus (French, German, Portuguese, Italian)

  • Communication and representation skills, be professional, clear, knowledgeable and helpful

  • Promotional skills, be positive and convincing

  • Time management skills, to deliver results on a timely manner, daily, weekly and monthly.
