Role Description:

Works alongside Project Management staff to profile, schedule, and onboard physicians for qualitative interviews while building engaged rapport with repeat participants.  This job requires strong time management skills as well as the ability to balance multiple projects at a time. 

 

Key Deliverables of the Role:

·       Working with project management team to schedule physicians within client availability.

·       Engage online desk-research methods and utilize recruitment tools to identify/engage contacts for research engagement.

·       Speaking with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to double check their qualification.

·       Engaging physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel to take part in research when necessitated.

·       Updating client schedules, sending calendar invites.

·       Keeping interviewees organized with written and phone reminders.

·       Onboarding interviewees into a platform, communication with moderators or promoting continued engagement.

 

Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:

·       University graduate with marketing or Management degree.

·       Undergraduate or working experience in an English-speaking country.

·       Fluent in English; written and spoken.

·       An inquisitive mind and ability to problem-solve

 

 

 

Beneficial IT Skills:

·       Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point, Outlook)

·       Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies

·       Ability to effectively use search engines (Google, LinkedIn, etc..) to identify candidates for targeted studies

·       High level of personal initiative.

·       Proficient in English – other languages a plus.

·       Outgoing – confidence to speak with and cold call healthcare professionals.
