What we're looking for:
As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Client Services Teams by creating custom reports and managing standard report creation processes. Your responsibilities will include handling a high volume of report requests, prioritizing and scheduling them, and utilizing customized SQL scripts, dashboards, and reports to provide valuable insights and data-driven feedback to our stakeholders. We are seeking an ideal candidate who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and possesses strong critical thinking skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Write easy-complexity SQL scripts.
  • Run List Matches using our internal tool for such procedure.
  • Run daily easy-complexity requests in Salesforce for stakeholder’s support – e.g., membership counts, impressions requests, etc.
  • Extract data from PowerBI reports.
  • Prepare reports for our stakeholders.
  • Understand basic medical terminology related to our panel such as specialties, places of work, unique country identifying numbers, etc.
  • Document process and data requirements to ease in knowledge transfer to new team members and ensure data accuracy and repeatability.

Experience
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (MS Excel proficiency).
  • Text processor knowledge.
  • Experience in managing high volumes of data in various format types (such as SQL, Excel).
    • Experience on relational database management would be an advantage.
    • T-SQL querying experience would be a strong advantage.
  • Basic programming skills.
    • Python experience would be a strong advantage.
    • VBA would be an advantage.
Qualifications
    • University degree; Bachelor’s in computer technicians, Engineering, Actuarial science.
    • Fluent English-speaker with good grammar skills.
      • English certifications: TOEFL 550 or Cambridge B2/first certificate.
