Role Description: 

Works alongside the Project Management team to maintain respondent engagement and/or recruit new profile types for program studies. This role plays a critical part in the success of both qualitative and quantitative research by identifying, screening, and engaging appropriate healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. It requires strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Deliverables of the Role:

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts for studies, ensuring timely and high-quality respondent participation. 
  • Identify and screen suitable respondents (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers) according to study criteria. 
  • Schedule interviews, surveys and manage respondent communication throughout the research process. 
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and participation using internal systems and databases. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for respondents before, during, and after data collection to ensure positive participant experience. 
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet study timelines and respondent quotas. 
  • Track and report recruitment progress and flag potential issues or delays to the project team. 
  • Assist in processing respondent honoraria and ensuring compliance with internal and external data privacy standards. 

Essential Qualifications and Experience Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. 
  • Experience in market research, fieldwork coordination, or respondent recruitment is a plus. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-service mindset. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluent in English; written and spoken.
  • Fluent in French; written and spoken.
  • Proficient usage of MS Office.  
  • Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies.
