What we’re looking for:   
  
This position will focus on creating and preparing analysis related to member acquisition, retention, community, and any other internal company needs. You will work closely with our data teams to ensure data is accurate and on time. Additionally, you will work with our growth marketing team to understand the needs of the business.   
  
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dynamic in responding to changing processes and requirements, and a self-starter. 
 
 
Responsibilities  
 
  • Work directly with Lead Growth Analyst to ensure all reports are delivered on time to the Growth Marketing team 
  • Collaborate with growth marketing stakeholders to provide insights related to acquisition tests, content performance, and ROI.  
  • Prioritize, and deliver high volume of recurring and ad hoc requests 
  • Create and lead monthly process for monthly KPI reporting   
  • QA and maintain data sources and dashboards to ensure reporting is up-to-date, consistent, and accurate 
  • Document reporting process and requirements 
  • Become subject matter expert for Google Analytics data 
  
Requirements  
 
  • Analytical and deadline-driven personality 
  • Strong communication skills and proven track record working in cross-departmental groups 
  • Well-organized, with a high degree of ownership over their work and attention to detail 
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other MS Office products 
  • Experience with Power BI or Python is a plus
