This person must live and breathe digital. They are able to ideate and execute across all media channels. They need to be curious around “What’s next?” Technology and media channels are changing at the speed of light, so this person embraces change with enthusiasm.
This person welcomes ideas from anyone.
This person believes in the power of collaboration.
This person must have outstanding presentation skills and be a commanding story-teller and story-builder.
This person must have had a progressive career with an innovative portfolio of work and ideas. Candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate how his/her work has translated to positive business results, not simply creativity and/or awards.
Candidate must embody and promote our core B.R.A.V.E. values which are; bold, respectful, altruistic, visionary and empathetic.
This person needs to manage a healthy, inspiring and vibrant culture in our environment.
This person must be eager to mentor our staff, beyond the creative team. And lead by example.
Our staff and our clients should genuinely feel like what they have to say, matters, so this person must be open to all feedback and handle it with grace.
This person needs to keep a pulse on our competition and help keep us relevant and different.
Along with our key stakeholders, this person will be held accountable for set forth financial goals.
This person can attract and retain highly-talented and and passionate individuals to work at SCOUT.
This person should have an insatiable curiosity about the world, creative problem solving, clients and the best work.
Candidate must be passionate about building Scout on all levels.
This person will play an integral role in new biz pitches. They must champion the strategic imperatives and help develop a theme, or storyline for a pitch, in addition to conceptual brand ideas
This person should act as an ambassador for us outside the walls of Scout. They need to be well connected in the industry, active in professional industry groups (IE: Ad club be enthusiastic about networking and seeking speaking engagements and other ways to help promote awareness of Scout).
This person will manifest new and innovative products/service offerings for Scout that create value for our clients and our organization.
This person will be part of our Senior Management Team and will have fiduciary duties.
